MOM'S ZUCCHINI BREAD | |
2 c. shredded zucchini 3 c. flour 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1 c. chopped nuts 3/4 c. raisins 3 eggs 1 c. salad oil In large bowl mix dry ingredients together. In another bowl beat eggs and oil together. Pour over dry mixture and stir well until blended. Put into 2 to 4 greased bread tins (4 small loaves work best for me). Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until toothpick is clean. |
