MOM'S PISTACHIO BREAD 
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. Crisco oil
1 yellow butter cake mix (Duncan Hines)
4 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. pistachio pudding mix

Take eggs, sour cream, water and oil and mix together. Add butter, cake mix and pudding mix. Beat together 2 minutes with mixer.

Grease 2 medium bread pans and flour them. Put in mixture, then sugar and cinnamon, more mix, then top with sugar and cinnamon. Same for second pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Yield 2 loaves.
