PISTACHIO NUT BREAD 
1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 instant pistachio pudding mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. water
1 c. sour cream

SUGAR STREUSEL MIX:

1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Sugar Streusel Mix: Mix together.

Mix first 6 ingredients together, will be quite stiff.

Grease and flour 2 bread pans. Pour 1/4 of cake mixture in each pan and sprinkle generously with sugar mix. Repeat this process ending with sugar mix on top. Take a knife and cut up and down to form swirls in batter. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees until they test done.

Great recipe, but add 1 tsp Almond flavoring and NEVER use the Sugar Free/Fat Free Jello Instant pudding mix. I used it and my bread ended up like Angel Food Cake. Now if you want that texture then use it; otherwise use the regular pudding mix. Also, right before you put into the prepared loaf pans, swirl in some green food coloring and the outcome is beautiful!
