VEGETARIAN FAJITAS 
1 bell pepper, lg.
1 red pepper, lg.
1 onion, lg.
Jalapenos
1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 dozen flour tortillas
Butter
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 lime

Slice pepper and onion into long sliveres. Lay all on double thickness of aluminum foil. Top with 2 or 3 pats of butter, 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce and juice of 1/2 lime. Seal and put on BBQ Pit for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Serve on steamed flour tortilla and top with grated Monterey Jack cheese and Jalapenos, if desired.

Ingredients can be stirred with same results for quicker and cooler preparation.
