SOYBEAN HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Saute in large heavy skillet:

2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped (optional)
1/4 - 1/2 lb. hamburger

When meat is brown, stir in:

1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 1/2 c. cooked soybeans
1 1/4 c. tomato soup, tomato sauce or stewed tomatoes
1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 c. hot water
2 c. cooked rice

Heat and simmer a few minutes. Place in greased casserole and bake 45 minutes. Remove from oven and top with:

1/2 c. grated cheese or cheese slices

Return to oven a few minutes until cheese has melted.
