BEEF AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1/2 to 1 pkg. egg noodles (Pennsylvania Dutch brand)
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large skillet, brown meat and onions, drain. Stir in tomatoes. Chill. Salt and heat thoroughly.

Combine with noodles, turn into 3-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
