SPICY BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) jar mild taco sauce
5 tsp. or 5 cubes bouillon
2 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. water
2 c. Bisquick
3 tbsp. yellow corn meal
2/3 c. milk

Cook and stir beef, onions and garlic in 10 inch skillet until browned, drain, stir in tomatoes and sauces, bouillon, cook until bouillon dissolves. Mix flour and water, stir into beef mixture. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.

Mix Bisquick, 2 tablespoons cornmeal and milk to form soft dough. Beat until stiff, 30 seconds. Drop by tablespoon onto beef mixture, sprinkle with remaining cornmeal. BAke uncovered about 20 minutes in 375 degree oven until biscuits are golden. Serves 6-8.
