EASY BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 to 1 1/2 stew meat or steak, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. sherry or red wine
Onion soup mix to taste
Fresh or canned mushrooms, to taste

Combine soup, sherry, or wine, onion soup and mushrooms in casserole dish. Add meat and stir.

Cover and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Stir once after cooking for 1/2 hour. Serve over noodles or rice.
