STIR-N-DROP SUGAR COOKIES 
2 eggs
2/3 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Grated rind of 1 orange or grated rind of 1 lemon (don't use both)

Place aluminum foil on cookie sheets. Beat eggs with fork until well blended. Stir in oil and vanilla. Blend in sugar until mixture thickens. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and stir into oil mixture. Add grated orange or lemon rind. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2" apart on cookie sheet. Flatten with greased glass dipped in sugar. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees until delicate brown. Remove immediately from baking sheet. Makes approximately 3 dozen cookies.
