CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 c. peas or mixed vegetables
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Combine all above ingredients and turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with 3/4 cup bread crumbs mixed with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees about 45-55 minutes. If you cook this in the microwave leave crumbs off and add before serving. Microwave on high about 12 minutes, stirring twice during cooking time.

You can use crushed potato chips, cracker crumbs, crushed pretzels, crushed chow mein noodles or just about anything in place of bread crumbs. 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
