CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 stick melted butter
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. cooked rice
1 sm. jar chopped pimento
1 sm. jar sliced mushrooms
1 lg. can Pet milk
1 sm. can English peas
1/3 c. sliced almonds
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Melt butter in casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients (except cheese) together and pour over butter. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with cheese and bake until cheese melts. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
