TURKEY CASSEROLE 
2 c. boneless diced turkey
1 c. minute rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. frozen peas
1 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients, except for cheese, in casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly. Stir and serve. Serves 6.
