TURKEY CASSEROLE 
2 c. chicken or turkey, cooked
1 c. celery
1 c. or more cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 c. crushed corn flakes or crackers

Mix all ingredients together and put in a greased casserole. Top with 1 cup crushed corn flakes (or crackers) mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
