CHICKEN OR TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) box Uncle Bens long grain & wild rice (original recipe)
3 c. cubed cooked turkey or chicken
1 can cream of celery soup
1 sm. onion, minced
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can French style green beans, drained
Salt & pepper to taste
Paprika
Grated Parmesan cheese

Cook rice as directed on box. Drain water chestnuts and green beans. Add all ingredients to rice except paprika and cheese. Mix thoroughly. Pour into greased 3 or 4 quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika and cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
