TACO CASSEROLE 
2 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. cold water
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) c. tomato or taco sauce
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Paprika

Combine Bisquick mix and water, stirring with a fork until blended. Press into bottom of lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 9 minutes. Cook ground beef, green pepper and onion in large skillet until meat is browned, stirring to crumbled meat. Drain well. Stir in taco or tomato sauce. Spoon over crust.

Combine sour cream, cheese and mayonnaise. Spoon over meat mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees uncovered for 25 minutes. Cut into squares to serve.
