CLUB CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. slivered almonds
1 tbsp. butter
3 c. cooked, diced chicken or turkey
2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. toasted bread crumbs
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips (optional)

Brown almonds in butter. Toss cooked chicken with all other ingredients (except cheese and chips) and place in 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle chips over top before serving, if desired.
