CHEROKEE CLUB SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 lbs. squash
1 lg. onion
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
Dash of Accent
1/2 lb. Old English cheese

Cook squash and onion together until tender. Drain and mash well. Add cheese and other ingredients. Pour into casserole, and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

I have made this squash recipe for 40 years! When I started making it I could buy Old English in a box but have to use OE cheese in a jar now. Guess I should look online.
