2 c. cooked chicken, tuna, turkey, shrimp or crab 1 (7 oz.) pkg. uncooked Creamettes macaroni 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 2 1/4 c. milk 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese 1 c. drained & diced water chestnuts 1/4 - 1/2 c. green pepper, diced 1 sm. jar pimiento, diced 1 sm. onion, minced 4 hard cooked eggs, diced sm. 1 tsp. salt Pepper to taste Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in 9"x13" pan, uncovered for 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 8 to 10. |
