COMPANY CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of red pepper
2 c. cooked crab meat
1/2 c. feta cheese, crumbled or 3 oz. cream cheese, cut into cubes

In 3 quart saucepan, saute onion and garlic in oil until onion is tender. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, marjoram, basil, oregano, salt and pepper; and break up tomatoes. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Prepare pasta or rice. Stir crabmeat and cheese into tomato mixture and spoon over rice or pasta. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
