COMPANY BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 (12 oz.) pkg. thin egg noodles
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. sour cream
6 green onions, chopped
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Combine beef, tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, sugar, garlic powder in skillet and cook for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Add cream cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Add sour cream and green onions; mix well.

Spread noodles in greased 4 quart casserole. Spoon ground beef mixture over top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Yield 8-10 servings.
