3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 1 1/4 inch pie plate. Put milk, eggs, sugar and baking mix in blender and blend on High 15 seconds. Add cream cheese and blend 2 minutes. (Will be very thick.) Pour into pie plate. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until center is firm, cool. Spread on topping and garnish with fruit or pie filling.
