OVERNIGHT CASSEROLE 
2 c. chicken, turkey, tuna, shrimp, crab
1 (7 oz.) box elbow macaroni, uncooked
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt (optional)
2 cans milk or chicken broth
1/2 green pepper, diced
Sm. onion, diced
1 can water chestnuts, sliced

Combine all ingredients and put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Set in refrigerator overnight. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours in 350 degree oven.

My grandma used to make this recipe with leftover turkey after Thanksgiving. I am so glad to find this recipe again it is delicious and really great when you need something to pop in the oven after a long day. Tip, We like it with velveeta better and we sprinkle pimentos on top for some color. Great way to use up leftover turkey-and definitely make sure you let it set before cooking or the macaroni comes out hard and you lose a lot of flavor.
