COUNTRY CLUB SQUASH CASSEROLE 
8 tender, sm. squash
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. commercial sour cream
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. shredded cheese
Dash paprika

Cut and cook squash until tender. Mash and add salt, pepper, butter, bouillon cube and onion. Add egg and sour cream. Pour into 1 quart casserole dish. Combine bread crumbs and cheese; sprinkle over top and then sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
