MICROWAVE COUNTRY HAM CASSEROLE | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut asparagus 3/4 c. milk 3 c. cooked egg noodles 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery sup 1/2 tsp. dry mustard (optional) 2 c. cubed cooked ham 1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions, crushed Remove asparagus from package and place on plate. Microwave on High for 3 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. In a 3-quart casserole, blend soup, milk and custard. Stir in asparagus, noodles, ham and 1 1/4 cups Swiss cheese. Cover. Microwave on High (#9) for 5 minutes. Stir. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Swiss cheese. Top with crushed onions. Microwave uncovered on High (#9) for 10 to 12 minutes or until heated through. Let stand for 3 to 5 minutes. |
