COUNTRY CLUB CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. cooked chicken, in lg. pieces
2 c. hot cooked rice
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1/3 c. sliced pimentos
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Combine chicken, rice, onions, etc. together. Toss lightly. Put in a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
