ORANGE SALAD 
60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. can thawed frozen orange juice
1 carton Cool Whip
1 cube butter, melted
2 cans drained mandarin oranges
1 can Eagle Brand

Mix butter, crackers and sugar together. Reserve 1/4 cup. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9"x13" pan. Mix the Eagle Brand and orange juice together. Fold into the Cool Whip and orange segments. Pour into crust; sprinkle reserved mixture on top. Cover with plastic wrap and place in freezer. Remove 20 minutes before serving.
