CASHEW BARS 
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 (12 oz.) bag butterscotch chips
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
12 oz. cashews
1/2 c. white syrup
1 tbsp. water

Mix in order: flour, butter, brown sugar, salt, and egg. Pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Sprinkle cashews on crust. Melt together chips, syrup, butter and water. Pour over cashews. Bake 8-10 minutes. Cut while still warm.
