CHICKEN SALAD WITH CRANBERRY
TOPPING
 
4 c. diced chicken
4 hard boiled eggs
3 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. sliced olives
1 c. cashews (or) sliced almonds

Mix together, adding only enough Miracle Whip to moisten. Pat into a 9x13 pan.

TOPPING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello
2 c. boiling cranberry juice

Thicken some before putting on top of chicken mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Serve on lettuce if desired.
