HELEN'S CRANBERRY CHICKEN | |
This is a one pan dinner. Mix in the pan you cook it in. 4 to 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite size chunks) 1 (15. oz.) can cranberries (whole or jelly) 1 env. onion soup mix (Lipton) 1 bottle Russian salad dressing Mix cranberries, onion soup mix and Russian salad dressing together in a baking dish that you spray with Pam first then stir in chicken until covered with sauce. Bake uncovered at 350°F for one hour. This is great served over rice. Great for potlucks! Just double the recipe and you can use boneless skinless chicken thighs. Serves 4 to 6. Submitted by: Helen |
