CHICKEN VERONIQUE 
4 chicken breast halves
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp. green onion
1/3 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. seedless green grapes
1/4 c. dry white wine
Hot cooked rice

Step 1: Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces, set aside.

Step 2: Melt butter in skillet, stir fry mushrooms and onions about 2 minutes.

Step 3: Add chicken pieces, cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly.

Step 4: Blend chicken broth and flour, add to chicken. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly, cook for 1 minute longer.

Step 5: Stir in grapes and wine, heat through. Serve at once over rice.
