PINEAPPLE SOUR CREAM PIE 
1 baked cool pie shell or graham crust
16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding (prepared according to directions)
1 (6 oz.) crushed pineapple, do not drain
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix together all ingredients. Pour into shell and chill. Serve with Cool Whip and chopped nuts for garnish.
