PINEAPPLE-SOUR CREAM PIE 
1 baked 9 inch pie shell
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 c. dairy sour cream

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Cook, stirring until mixture thickens and comes to a full boil. Cook 2 minutes. Pour into pie shell and let cool.
