SUGAR-FREE PEANUT BUTTER NUGGETS 
1/2 cup peanut butter (I use Skippy "No Sugar Added")
1/4 cup dry milk powder
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/3 cup rolled oats (oatmeal)
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup apple juice concentrate
finely chopped nuts (optional)

Combine peanut butter, dry milk and coconut flakes in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Stir in rest of ingredients.

Shape into 1-inch balls. May be rolled in chopped nuts if desired.

Chill thoroughly before serving. Store in refrigerator. Will keep up to two weeks.
