"SHOP TILL YOU DROP EVERYTHING IN THE POT" | |
2 lbs. ground meat 1 med. onion, thinly sliced 1 green pepper, chopped Salt and pepper to taste 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans Campbell's tomato soup 1 (4 oz.) can diced drained black olives 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can drained whole corn 1 (8 oz.) can drained mushrooms, stems and pieces 1 (12 oz.) cooked and drained medium wide egg noodles Saute onions and green pepper; drain and set aside. Brown ground beef with seasonings. Add onions, green pepper and 2 cans of tomato soup and 1 can water. Beat thoroughly. Put above ingredients in a large (8 quart or larger) pot or large casserole. Add diced olives, corn, mushrooms and noodles. Mix well. Cover top of casserole with buttered crumbs and bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees after all ingredients have been added except the crumbs. Serve with green salad and hot rolls. Serves: 8. |
