APPLE CRISP 
Sliced apples
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Cinnamon
Nutmeg

TOPPING:

3/4 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter

Place sliced apples in pan. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.

Mix topping as for pie crust and put over apple layer in pan. Bake at 375 degrees until apples are tender.

May also be used for rhubarb crisp.
