MAGIC LEMON MERINGUE PIE | |
FILLING: 1 crumb or baked 8" pastry pie shell, cooled 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 1/2 c. lemon juice 1 tsp. grated lemon peel 2 egg yolks MERINGUE: 3 egg whites, room temperature 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar 1/4 c. sugar In medium sized bowl blend together sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon peel and yolks until thickened. Turn into pie shell. |
