CREAMY LEMON PIE | |
1 (8 or 9 inch) graham cracker crust or baked pastry shell 3 egg yolks 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1/2 c. fresh or real lemon juice Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, beat egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Pour into prepared crust; bake 30 minutes. Cool. Top with egg whites and brown. KEY LIME PIE: Substitute 1/2 cup of lime juice or real lime juice. Proceed as above. |
