CREAMY LEMON PIE 
1 (8 or 9 inch) graham cracker crust or baked pastry shell
3 egg yolks
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. fresh or real lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, beat egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Pour into prepared crust; bake 30 minutes. Cool. Top with egg whites and brown.

KEY LIME PIE:

Substitute 1/2 cup of lime juice or real lime juice. Proceed as above.

This looks like the lemon pie that my Mother and Grandmother made back in the '70's. I've made it myself countless times. The only difference was it wasn't baked, it was put into the fridge immediately to chill.
