SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach, cleaned, dried, broken
2 c. fresh or #2 can drained bean sprouts
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
4 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1/2 c. green onions, sliced including tops
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp, crumbled

DRESSING:

2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil
1/3 c. catsup
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Take care that the firs seven ingredients are well drained and dry. Mix well. DRESSING: Mix all dressing ingredients well. A wide mouth jar with a lid works fine. Pour over dry ingredients and mix just before serving. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
