CHICKEN NANCY 
6 chicken breast
3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
5 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. cooking wine
1 1/2 c. croutons

Lay chicken in baking dish. Add slices of cheese on top. Mix soup and wine together and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The last 30 minutes add croutons and bake. Serve over rice.
