Fish, any firm Oil Season to taste Steamer or pan with rack or 10" skillet, covered 1/2 c. water Wash fish. Oil skillet lightly or steamer rack. Place fish in pan, skin side down. Season fish to taste. Add water in pan. Cover, steam until fish flakes. |
