PORK CHOPS 
3 pork chops
1 can tomato soup
1 can water to thin soup
4 potatoes, diced
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) can peas
Italian seasonings
Salt & pepper

In electric skillet, brown pork. Add can of tomato soup that has been thinned with water. Cook for 30 minutes. Add diced potatoes, peas, mushrooms and cook for 30 more minutes or until pork is tender.
