1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. unpeeled chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans

In large bowl mix all ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 45 minute at 350 degrees. Top with 8 ounces of cream cheese, 3 tablespoons butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar. Mix well and spread on cake.
