GERMAN APPLE CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts
4 c. apples, thinly sliced

Mix all ingredients together with a spoon. Do not use a mixer. Batter will be stiff. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Top with cream cheese icing.
