GERMAN APPLE CAKE | |
2 eggs 2 c. sifted flour 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 4 c. apples, peeled and thinly sliced 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. salad oil 1/2 to 1 c. walnuts Mix all together with spoon; do not use a mixer. Batter will be stiff. Spread into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. |
