BROCCOLI AND CHICKEN SOUP 
1 bunch broccoli, chopped and cooked
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans chicken soup
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Croutons
Grated Parmesan cheese

Blend broccoli in blender until smooth. Combine broccoli puree, soup, milk, salt and pepper to taste. Heat. Top with croutons and Parmesan cheese. Serves 4.
