CHICKEN BROCCOLI SOUP 
3 c. chopped onion
4 chicken breast, cooked and chopped
6 c. chicken stock
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
8 oz. fine noodles
2 (10 oz.) large frozen chopped broccoli
6 c. milk

Saute onion in butter. Cook noodles in chicken broth. Add 2 pkgs. broccoli or make use fresh if you like. Add a little garlic, powder. Cook four minutes. Add 6 cups milk, cheese and chopped chicken. Season to taste.
