BROCCOLI AND CHICKEN SOUP 
3/4 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Bring water to a boil; add broccoli. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in soup and milk. Stir until heated. Stir in pepper. Pour into serving bowls. Top with cheese.
