MOMMA D'S MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. 90/10 or 93/7 ground beef / hamburger
2 large eggs
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1 envelope dried onion soup mix (Lipton)
1/8 cup packed brown sugar
salt and pepper, to taste

Topping:

1/2 cup ketchup (Hunts)
2 tbsp. any kind of mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix hamburger, eggs, Worcestershire, tomato paste, Rotel, crackers, soup mix, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Mix and blend well. Put in a 13x9x2-inch sprayed pan and shape into loaf. Frost with topping (if you like lots of topping, double that recipe) and bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Let rest about 15 minutes before cutting.
