MINI MEATLOAFS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/3 cup onion
1/3 cup green onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 egg
1 small can evaporated milk (or you can use real milk)

Topping:

1 cup ketchup (or tomato sauce)
3 tbsp. mustard
3 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix first eight ingredients well. Pack into well greased cup cake pan. Top with topping. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.

Note: Each adult will eat two each young child will eat one and a half.

Makes 8 loaves.
