“JUDY'S MEAT LOAF” IS IN:

JUDY'S MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground meat (beef, turkey, etc.)
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
1 onion, finely chopped
1 egg
2 (8 oz. ea.) cans tomato sauce, divided
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix ground meat, bread crumbs, onion, beaten egg, salt, pepper, and 1/2 can of the tomato sauce. Form into a loaf and put into and oiled 7x10-inch loaf pan.

For the sauce topping, combine all the remaining ingredients, using the remainder of the tomato sauce and pour over the meat loaf.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour 15 minutes, basting occasionally.
